The All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) rule was developed to establish Landowner Liability Protections (LLPs) for property owners under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) as innocent landowners, bona fide prospective purchasers, and/or contiguous property owners.
Need Training?
ETS provides Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 16 Hour Asbestos Operation and Maintenance training and 2 hour Asbestos Awareness training. ETS can provide on-site training for the employers convenience. Training is by appointment only.
