(1). Environmental Field Technician/Asbestos Air Monitoring Specialist

The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate, highly motivated, self-reliant, problem solver, organized, reliable and looking for a career in environmental consulting.  This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management, organizational skills, accuracy and a positive attitude.  Must be able to work well in a team environment and demonstrate flexibility to adapt to varying priorities and tasks.  Our company has a culture where a person will continually grow and be challenged.

Duties Include:

  • Samples for asbestos, lead-based paint, mold, radon and meth projects.
  • Prepare technical reports
  • Communicate with clients, governmental agencies and employees in a professional manner.


  • Enthusiasm to learn new skills and participate in training
  • BA, BS or MS in Environmental Science Studies or similar field
  • Must be reliable and detail-oriented
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office - including Outlook, Word, Excel (Experience with Smart Draw and MS Project, a +)
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License
  • Must have excellent communication and writing skills
  • Willing to work off hours, weekends and out of town.  (However, a majority of projects are within Denver Metro and during regular business hours)

Previous Skills a Plus:

  • 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER Certification
  • Certified Asbestos Air Monitoring Specialist
  • Certified Asbestos Building Inspector
  • Certified Lead-Based Paint Inspector


(2). Environmental Consultant/Project Manager

ETS, a well established environmental consulting firm providing services to private and public sectors throughout the Denver area is currently seeking an Environmental Project Manager, who has an interest in developing long-term client relationship with an increasing project and professional responsibilities.

This is and exciting and offers an invaluable experience for personal growth.  This position prepares technical reports, performs asbestos building inspections, lead-based paint surveys, mold/indoor air quality monitoring, radon sampling, meth wipe sampling, Phase 1 ESA's and other field sampling duties as needed.


  • BA, BS or MS in Environmental Science Studies (equivalent or similar degree)
  • Stable work history in the environmental consulting industry
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Must have a valid Colorado Driver's License
