Sustainability involves using resources more efficiently and in ways which benefit the environment, customers, business and local communities.  Operating our business more sustainably means considering the environment impacts of ETS’ operations and services used and sold.

Currently ETS is collaborating with our community to seek out additional resources.  This collaboration is not only in the office and within the neighborhood, but on a City and Government level, as well.  ETS has recognized one of the greatest demands of our social initiative is to build effective relationships among healthy communities and let us coordinate healthy life-sustaining activities on a much wider scale.  Solving local problems requires consideration, understanding and working within the bigger picture to lessen potential unattended consequences for actions.  In the year of 2015, ETS became a "Certified Green Company", with the City and County of Denver/Certifiably Green Denver Division.

ETS is committed to a work environment in which all individuals are treated with respect and dignity.  Each individual has the right to work in a professional atmosphere that promotes equal employment opportunities.  Therefore, ETS expects that all relationships among persons in the office or clients in the field will be business-like and free of bias, prejudice and harassment.

The world is a much smaller place these days, with the global marketing and the multiculturalism expanding in America's society.

Turning a blind eye or the mentality 'that we've always done it this way" will no longer work in today's marketplace.  Diversity includes everyone,

because individuals differ from one another in many ways.  At ETS, we appreciate those differences and recognize that every person has something to contribute.
